Hello; The few laps of the two McLarens going toe to toe was entertaining. Too bad the current F1 cars cannot run close to each other very long.
Yeah, Lewis finished 4th and behind the other Ferrari.

Great pics, thanks for posting. The one with Senna and Mansell is an all time favorite of mine. 👍
They would both get a 3 race ban these days.

I remember that. I've seen that race live. I was a big Mansell fan back then.
My God, it was 1991! I can't believe it. Feels like yesterday.

FYI every car has to have a non-F1 driver in the car for TWO practice sessions. So, happens 40 times a season.
Hello; I am and have been aware of the practice. Is that your contention about the link, that he is a practice only driver replacement?
I may go back and read the link again to see if I got it wrong.

Didn't click. When MSN is the domain when mousing over, the odds are its BS or clickbait.

I feel sorry for Yuki, he's been waiting for so long and now has a car he can't drive...
Max is dragging results from it which shows his unquestionable skill, I do wonder if a complete novice might be able to get a result from it too as they have no hardwired driving style to overcome.

I'm positive this is why Lewis isn't up to LeClerc and Vettel or Alonso didn't manage to win a championship with Ferrari and Danny Ric struggled in the McLaren.
When you've been driving a certain way or a certain car for a while, it must be difficult to get that last 10th confidence.

Unfortunately for Yuki it‘s not a tenth or two. There’s no doubt about Max’s skill level though. One thing that really hurts Yuki is his lack of maturity. But that can probably be said about many. I do find it interesting that when whatever driver isn’t at the same pace as the other in a particular team it’s the car that gets blamed. It’s for sure not an easy endeavor to just swap teams and expect to be competitve. I can’t think of a single driver in recent memory that’s done that and been at the same previous level as the team they left.
