Hello; The RB team appear to have poorly managed the tire allocation. Did not appear to have anything other than a set of new hard tires which did not work. Almost would have been better to have Max not pit at the last and finish on the tires he had with track position.

But such does not have much to do with the way Max finished. Not clear why the team made him give up a place in the second scuffle. I guess he is in trouble for hitting another car.

Lmao. RB is screwed... Yawn… How’s Hamilton doing? I get a kick out of those that look and turn F1 in to an episode of Dallas(for the older) or Desperate Housewives. It’s racing…

The incident based on the data. Max knew exactly what he was doing. So do we now guess which race he will serve his ban on? Red Bull is so screwed.

Lewis is doing fine, thank you. 🤭 Itā€˜s Ferrari that sucks. I read an article yesterday the even JBM said Lewis needs to get mad and demand changes be made starting with his race engineer. Both he and Charles are far to polite in dealing with Ferrari’s BS.

As far as the drama, that will be part of racing as long as human beings are involved. If you are a fan there is no way around it. And RB….there is nothing more important to them than the manufacturers championship. Nothing. And there is no way they are going to get it with one car driven by a brilliant man child. .

Hello; Generally agree with you. Perhaps with the caveat he is doing fine as a second driver. I do not have any "inside baseball" sorts of special knowledge about what either Ferrari or Lewis expected out of their deal. I strongly suspect it is not what either side got.
Ferrari has a car with decent pace as shown by Leclerc's runs. He is "Max like" in that respect, at least to a degree.
Lewis had one good sprint race but was DQ'ed from the main race due to too low ride setting. I suspect such is what got him the sprint win but the wear plank had not yet worn down after the sprint enough.
Among my takes of Lewis is he is not that much of a team player. Ferrari may want drivers to be like any other part of a car, under their control. Whatever it may be called the two do not jell well at all.

As much as I am sad to see Imola go I understand why. But keeping the race in Europe is a major plus. The track layout looks incredible and should produce good racing. Having Carlos Sr. In the mix is a plus for the teams and the drivers. I wish them good luck.

Sorry, I have to disagree, the track looks too tight and twisty to be anything other than a drivers parade like Monaco. I hate all the city tracks. There are so many proper circuits that they could use. Maybe with the new smaller cars they might manage some action but I'm not hopeful.

Hello; Pretty much my take as well. Turns 1&2 will be a mess at the start of a race. A drivers parade will likely be an apt description. Maybe they will mandate three pit stops???

mandated driver swap would be the only way to liven some of these up haha

Iā€˜d be real curious to see what the difference is F1 required, if any, from what they made Vegas do to have the race as opposed to Madrid. Referring to actual track requirements. I’m with you, not a fan of the street circuits either.
