Works for me on an iPhone. Maybe something in permissions or settings in the app or your phone needs adjusting?

Does the new Ford Pass application allow you to update the information pertaining to tire pressure? I realize the information will update when the car is driven, but what if it isn't used for several days? The previous application would update the tire pressure information when I swiped down on my i-phone screen while viewing the vehicle information, but that doesn't happen with the new version.

But you can’t refresh and update it. It shows the pressure when they were hot, when you last parked.

It may not appear to continually update, however my car let me know through the Ford Pass a day after being driven that one tire was low. Went out and checked and sure enough one was quite a bit low. Turned out to be an f'n screw. At least I didn't have to find out the hard way. From this experience, I suspect that it does update at intervals, maybe just not when you want it to.

This has been my most recent experience as well, with the OLM and TPMS.

Previously, the car could have sat for some time, I could down-swipe while in the Pass App, hear the car, the vehicle's status updating on-screen. Now, nothing...until the car is actually put into accessory mode or started and driven.

I suspect with the most recent update, Ford made the App a bit more energy friendly, reducing unnecessary drains on the car's battery, especially for newer models, like the S650 and those using more electronics still.

After the most recent Pass App update, we'd commented on being unable to post our own service records. I fell back and had been using the site, https://www.ford.com/support/ , selecting "Service History", and then adding a record; this feature is now gone as well.

FWIW, while chatting with Ford today, they advised the add service record feature is to return, but could not give a timeline. I have noticed some new fields are available at the site referenced. Hopefully, they'll unlock the database and allow us to post updates in the near future.

I can’t say definitively that it doesn’t. I can only relate my own experience. I’m the only driver with two vehicles. I’ve checked air pressure with a gauge and made the effort to sync the app without driving to be sure they’re in agreement at 32 psi. Yet days after driving the app still shows 34-36 psi. Manual gauge shows 32 psi Swiping down on the screen to refresh does nothing. As another post remarked you used to hear the car respond and the information would be updated.
