Hi guys
I have a 2019 pp2
And have always wanted a supercharger and I really like my Ford dealer so I have been leaning towards a Ford performance (roush) charger so I was considering pulling the trigger and I checked the Ford performance website and it says 750hp now when it use to be 700 have they swapped it with the phase 2 not the phase 1
But in the additional pictures it still has the phase 1 power band chart now I am confused?

So what is it 750hp or 700hp?

are they charting wheel or engine hp? If that is at the crank then it is more like a 635hp to the wheels setup.

The graph is a farce. The roush doesn’t keep building power past 7000 rpm anyway. Definitely not whp either.

The roush 2650 is the worst blower available for the Gen 3 coyote. VMP, and EDELBROCK are far better choices if you want a PD TVS blower. Whipple is also a good choice.

I agree. It may seem like these guys are being harsh, but they are telling you the truth. The Roush blower will get the job done, but there are much better options now. Unless you absolutely have to have the warranty, I would go elsewhere.

Remember ford made cobra jets... An s550 with a Whipple gen 5 supercharger from the factory.

If you are looking at a top mount blower, the gen 5 Whipple is the best there is period. There is not a single top mount blower on the market that can even come close to Whipple.

Go with a Whipple or VMP for sure way better performers. I have a Whipple on order for myself. We will be having a 15% off Whipple sale here at www.lethalperformance.com on the 31st. Please send me a message if you have any questions about the kits!

I think the main attraction of the FP/Roush system is the warranty through 3/36 and the relatively very safe, good driveability tune. 750 crank is nothing to sneeze at, it’s massively powerful compared to stock. But if you want more later, which you really might, don’t dismiss that, the design is very limited compared to the others. I’d check in with the folks in that almost 1K responses thread here “Questions for guys who actually have the Roush...” to see if they’re still happy.

Though, Car and Driver recently tested an A10 with the Roush phase 2 and I was a little disappointed in the numbers they got...
