i try to go based on cars other than Steeda as they have played with their setup in so many ways and run what a 10.3 now? but 10.8 10.9 seem pretty easy NA e85. The problems with roush are the Inlet, the heat exchanger, and the tune. I figure there might eventually be some cooling upgrades or an ice tank for it. and of course you can get a tune but you cant fix the inlet. Unless someone is selling these for a real deal 8k for the kit plus install is easy a whipple with an aftermarket tune.

I suggest you read the whole Steeda build from the beginning. They put 4.09 gears in it because there wasn't a converter available at the time. After they got a converter they went back to the 3.15

Steeda's car is a race car. not a FBO street car.

You assuming I havnt read that thread or followed that build from day 1 is as comical as your post about drag radials.......

Yes Im aware that cars had 4.09s, 3.73, 3.31s and now 3.15s in it thats what R&D is all about trial and error but I dont expect you to understand any of that......

LOL......

The best part about all this is once he puts the Roush on and is running around with the Roush calibration reality will smack him hard. We won't ever hear about it but those of us who are involved in the scene and have real world experiences at the track and in "Mexico" know what he has coming. Bolt your Roush on, keep the stock calibraton and warranty and enjoy the bump in power just pick your battles on the street carefully. The A10 is your only saving grace.

I lied its faster....

The Steeda team was back at it again this past weekend with our 2018 Silver Bullet at SGMP testing a 3.15 rear gear.

Cooler temps brought in a 20mph head wind that we were battling all day.

After several passes and a wheel change, we were able to best the 2018 NA World record and then did it two more times before it was all said and done!

New best, 10.330@ 132.26mph with a 1.46 short on 17" wheels!

Can’t thank our supporters enough!

Lows 10s at 130+ mph would absolutely destroy your Roush setup...... And alot of Hellcats and other supercharged setups.

10.3s @ 130mph+ is going wreck alot of feelings....... Just saying.

Another criteria is that they can't spend nore than the cost of a Roush super charger. I'm pretty sure Steeda has spent more than 8K.

Roush has done 2 revisions since then. Show me something up to date. With a time slip. Roll racing is like the special olympics of drag racing.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL we all have seen that you cant brain.

Now you cant math either?

Someone take the shovel away from this guy.

8k is a giant budget for a NA setup.

Like easily afford Steeda Kmember full suspension and boltons kind of coin.....

Go ahead dig through the Steeda thread and add up all the mods for current time....

roush super charger is what 9-10k after install?

intake $200
longtubes + install $2500
E85 Tune $500
3200
call it 5k left for suspension wheels/tires, and converter.
guess who wins.

the point that started all this was if you wanted some form of warranty the roush is nice but would be possible to lose to e85 NA cars.and a manual roush we know will lose for sure.

Dont waste your time. He has been shown multiple videos of 18 Roush cars getting owned by e85 N/A cars.

He doesn't agree with facts.... Been hanging around the DNC and Hillary too long perhaps.

You're leaving out a lot of parts. Wheels, tires, axles, driveshaft, gears, converter, etc

Ruby red 2019 GT Premium.
Tune and enguage or sct. $700
Long tubes. $750 to $1200 depending on how high end you go.
CAI $300.
Drag radials and cheap 17 inch wheels. $1000.

Im missing something??? I came up with about 3 grand worth of mods to hit high 10s. VS 8 grand for the ford racing kit??? Of course this will be at atco. With their shitty prep.
But you do have a warranty for those that choose the kit. Which is cool.

Well wheels and tires don't count because they add ZERO horsepower anyway right? and axles and driveshaft, converter are things your Roush will never have to worry about because It won't make enough power to stress any of them anyway.
