The price just went up yesterday for the new model year

Did it go up? No new price list on the Ford website - still the 4th Jan 2016 showing...?

For example, the original 20th Jan 2015 had the base EB at £28,995, then 27th May 2015 showed £29,995, then £30,495 on 4th Jan 2016....

(there was £10 adjustment somewhere along the line for the VED changes in April...)

Maybe it's an expected rise that'll hit in April when MY17 orders become 'live'?

Will orders placed end of Jan 16 benefit from the new colour options when it comes live. My dealer said my order is still months away from being locked in, so guess I could still change order. Well surprisingly he's unaware of the new colours released by ford and when I ordered he was also unaware of the new VED coming Apr 17.

With this in mind, I didn't bother asking more questions.

Won't fault this dealer though, as the previous dealer near me was atrocious, promised me a test drive in thier showroom GT auto vert, then told me a customer has bought it, then his manager wanted me to place a deposit first cus they need to prep and charge the car battery. All these resulted in me missing out on competition orange and the vert is still sitting in thier showroom. Whereas the current dealer was so professional and offered a test drive within an hour of me contacting them.

Ah I see, but that should represent a £250 discount from my original order as I went with the tri coat which is a £750 option, whereas the grabber blue which I'm considering is a no cost option.

So I was told and also read it somewhere together with lightening blue. Tri coat metallic white(think it's the name) is a £500 option.

They are amazing, the information they give and the process transparency and communication is flawless.
I agree. Easiest product to sell ever. Deal done. Never heard anything from them ever since.

Jimboy2 is correct as i have done this but at the same time it meant that my car is now going to be a MY17 as it was essentially reordered so my wait has restarted to which is a pain but such as life.

Yes grabber blue is a no cost option, lightning blue is a metallic so will be £595 extra and the new white is the same as triple yellow in cost I believe and these all have the £500 on top as the Base has gone up by that much.

Any significant difference between your initial delivery date to the new date?!

Since it's been less than a month between this order and my original order I doubt it probably just a month but the dealers don't seem to know when they will turn up anyway but I think it will be around December time if we go on that it takes roughly 9 months from order to delivery which seems to be what some of the other dealers are saying.

Not bad, only about a month's extra wait - if we go by their word. And you also get sync 3, though for the life of me I don't know the difference from sync 2.

From what I understand sync 3 is slightly better to get round and will work with apple car play and android auto or what ever it's called when they come out but other than that I have no idea as i have never used sync 2 anyway.
