Cheers, and yet... they claim there's no fking Mustang parts there... behave. :lol:

What'd they expect all the buyers to do? put them in a show room and wank off to them rather than driving it?!

[MENTION=15204]Ian whu[/MENTION], I have spoken to Mike @ Modurstang and he says they can help out. Nick has done repairs for insurance companies before so shouldn't be an issue if you speak to them and he can point you in the right direction.

He is confident they can get the parts quicker than Ford and Nick can paint up to colour match and get it sorted for you.

Give him a ring and have a chat as I'm sure he is more than happy to help.

ive put a complaint in at fords, regarding the dealers etc,
but there is a company that coming to pick my car up tomorrow, so will leave it with them,

Hire cars are cheap.

Get it to somewhere that can quickly get the parts / do a good job, and take the hire car costs on the chin.

no where can quickly get the parts, if it like the rear bumper it will be 6/8 weeks,

im not paying for a hire car , thats what insurance is for,

[MENTION=15204]Ian whu[/MENTION] my cars going back in for warranty work, was told no courtesy car. Complained to the CRC (When they called about an update) and told them I hadn't got one, ford are centrally trying to sort one out. Only need it to drive home lol!

im not paying for a hire car , thats what insurance is for,

re parts: I think a few people in the thread have made suggestions as to companies that can get hold of parts quicker than most.

re hire car: If it would mean the difference between getting my car back in a month or 3 months for the sake of £400ish, I know where I would be going.

but car will be going when i get it back, so it dosnt bother me

i know mate, its an absolute joke regarding no courtesy cars for warranty, ive had the same issue,

IM a Ford employee, do u think ill be buying another FORD??

ABsolute shambles, yet others get courtesy cars, not like I need another mustang, or a car of equal value or performance, need something to get me home and then get back to pick the car up.

Shocking how they treat one of their own employees... really begs the questions of 'Why' you'd want to work for them :lol:

it dosnt matter whether im an employee or not, everyone should be treated the same.
if i wasnt an employee id be sounding alot more off on here, i have to be a bit careful :clap2:
