Fog Lights

This might have been discussed somewhere, but will the Ford dealer be able to install fog lights on the Mach 1 where Ford just has plastic circles? I think fog lights would look really cool and, of course, match the original Mach 1. Curious if anyone knows?

ford may or may not, i have my doubts they will but its possible.

aftermarket companies will 100% make them though.

However, I definitely am curious how close the 2010-2012 fog lights will be to fitting in the Mach 1 housings. They look nearly identical in shape, just wonder if they’d be a direct swap

I wonder how hard it would be to take the older S197 fogs and adapt them, or to take them and put a slimmer back on them to make them fit. Would look great IMO. I feel like they should have been an option. For the LONGEST time (maybe 1990 or so?) round fogs on a Ford meant it was the top trim.

Lightning, the SVT Focus/Contour, Cobras, the ZX2 Escort (not an SVT but it was the top trim, and the prototype SVT ZX2). I think that stopped with the S550.

Almost got that red on my S197, still one of my favorite colors from Ford. S197s damn good looking cars.

agree. the other thing is that on the older mustangs you had round headlights and matching round fog lights. looked great . but on the s550 the headlights ain't round, so.......
