Killer setup, except for the DSP.. there are certainly much better DSPs out there for comparable money (at least in Germany, here the DM810 is in the ballpark of a higher end Helix DSP, but with a lot less features).

In the USA, the Helix DSP Ultra and Mosconi 8to12 Aerospace are $1,000 more than the DM-810.

It’s probably tariff and local distributor pricing (in the EU and USA) that are responsible for the price disparities.

I was just trying to keep everything matching for once, I have always loved AudioControl.

I have trying to figure out where I will be mounting everything, besides the spare tire well as I run AutoX and they check the spare tire well for things.

If you don't have already bought it, maybe check for smaller equipment?
Maybe this way you don't have the absolute raw power from the Audiocontrol amps, but especially Mosconi has some really small amplifiers with good amount of power.
Check the D2 and Pico line of amps.

Can you use the factory spare tire cover as a template and have a hard cover cut out of aluminum with Dzus fasteners to secure it in place over top of your amp rack and satisfy tech for AutoX?

AutoX Should not be a concern. As long as everything is secured to the car and can't move you will be fine.

I also have the K2 12" sub. Going to build the box where I can remove it for AutoX.

Going to use one of these for the quick disconnect.
