Florida Man in a Mustang

We visited my brother and sister-in-law in Naples in the spring of 2014. We did a day trip to the Everglades and I must have seen well over a dozen Mustang convertibles on that trip along 41. Mentioned it to my brother on returning and he simply said, "Rentals."

I joke, but it's still a fair assumption, tourist seem to love the convertible rentals while visiting our great state. Those that have lived in Florida for a bit know it's too damn hot for that

Learned from my last convertible A/C isnt an option - absolute necessity, esp in the city.

Yeah, I had a friend from the Triumph (cars) Club who went down to Florida to visit one summer. I asked him if he had gone to any British car meets while there. He said the locals told him it was basically too damn hot to drive them in the summer, they were reserved for the cooler months.

My god you guys are talking to some really soft locals. I love the summers down here. The hotter the better!
