flood pony puddle light mod?

Is there a way to make the light come out of the puddle light in a flood pattern instead of the pony? I really really dislike the pony shape. I tried a quick search and found nothing.

a ford logo would be nice and still show a bit more polish than just a regular flood light. i am also surprised that no one has made after market shapes. I would love a classic V8 symbol

couldn't you just take the pony insert out?

if it's not an insert, drill it out?

I've had people compliment me on my car twice because of those ponies. She likes it in the daylight, then shes taken aback by the pony on the ground when I open her door. (Equestrian chick)
