Pony Logo in Sync Start up gone.

Just had an update that never took and ended up losing the pony logo at start up. Now i get a white screen with a generic ford logo.

Anyone have that happen to them and if so does anyone have the correct download so I can fix it myself?

How did you go about doing the update and why were you doing an update....I don't think there would have been one available? It should have had the latest in it to begin with?

The car is in he shop for numerous repairs and one being the sync unit froze up... The dealer decided to update the unit and messed it up even more. So far it has been a painful experience dealing with Ford and its network of unqualified dealers.

The dealer (if they know what they are doing) should be able to complete a full rewrite of the SYNC software. If you shoot me your VIN I should be able to look up what was done with your MFT system. I might be able to help you out once I look at that.

Update:

With my car being back in for other issues the dealer was able to fix the sync and get the start up logo back too....
