no, as what I had been reading was that the E85 tunes did 'f all' but that was apparently before the Gen3 coyote motors. Or back then the tunes stunk. And I don't drag race so don't give a toss about ET or aggressive acceleration. More recent observational data would suggest a 9% improvement is possible. And that's worth looking into, but at $15/HP it's not free.
15$ per horsepower is about as cheap as it can get. About half the cost of boost which would be your next best $/hp

So Bottom line, Should i go Lund or Steeda?

The most important thing for me is midrange gains. Im used to turbo and supercharged cars that pull you back in your seat at 3k Rpm. I know i wont get that from e85, but id like to improve it if possible.

I went ahead and pulled the trigger on a lund Ngauge and tune. I should reach out to them and see if there is an intake that will improve gains on flex.

Correct maf turbulence and idle variation with the design prevents effective flex. But straight e without content detection should work fine. And ya, if you like it now you won't want to change back to 91/93 once going e lol.
Yeah the issues with the Flex tune and that Steeda intake is well known.

You made a good choice.
Throw a AFE dry filter in the stock airbox, take out the carbon trap and enjoy. You will be wasting your money on a "cold air intake".

Go with Lund 100%. They're simply the best. Nothing but positive things to say about them.

Agreed with the vote for lund. I was a bit scared after seeing so many ppl say their tunes caused codes or their car wouldn't start after loading the tune. I went from 93 to flex to e85r with no issues at all.

As far as differences. I recently loaded my e85r tune for the first time, so far I feel like my 93 shift harder, and my flex pulled better in lower to mid. But I don't have much time in with the e85r right now and still have to do a data log on it.
