Appreciate y'alls responses! Well, I bought a dremel yesterday and dremeled out the strut hole then applied touch up paint. The Strut no longer makes contact with the tower hole lock to lock. Victor, compared to your picture, my struts are in the opposite position - towards the rear of the car. I am guessing that is the caster adjustment.
NeverSatisfied, I took both front wheels off and inspected every single bolt (Watched the Vorshlag install) that would have been touched in removal and install. They are all good. The intermittent clunk has to be from the top nut. I emailed Vorshlag and they echo this.
Looks like another excuse for me to buy an impact gun tonight and give it a whirl! No idea what I am doing with it but videos online says the sound will change once its tight. I don't want to damage the strut.
