Thanks for trying Deysha! Nah, I'll stick to Palm Beach Motorsports park. I95 is a jungle. I have to keep my GT pretty, so that means keeping it away from I95. ;)

With a little luck, I'll have my GT this weekend. It's the end of the month, so I'm sure
the dealer wants to get it to me ASAP.:cheers:
It should be at the rail yard in Miami by today I'd think.

You are not lying about that, IPOGT! LOL! Especially down there. I’ll stick to the boonies of Florida, away from traffic.

It arrived at the rail yard on Wednesday, so it’s now waiting on a truck to pick it up and deliver it. Almost there!

Deysha, I thank you so very much! This ride has been a blast. I never ordered a car before. Always got what I needed and never what I wanted. As I said before, it's great that Ford supports you to be here for us, but what they need to know is how great you are at it.

Got it this afternoon! Really happy with the car. I did notice while I was putting a coat of my wax on it that there is a small but annoying paint issue in the drivers
side of the hood by the windshield corner. It looks like tiny granules in the clear coat of the paint. Also, the passenger door bottom to the fenderis not as aligned
Well as the drivers side. Minor stuff, but I don't want to make anything worse with a repair. You know how that can go. Here's a pic....

Thanks Rob. Love the car though. Look, nothing is perfect. It's minor, but you know how it is. If we're going to compete world wide though, those two things should have been caught at the factory. I so want to be proud of our cars being made here by our neighbors and keeping our dollars here. Let's bring it quality wise!

Absolutely man! I am glad you are happy with it like you said nothing is ever perfect. Any plans yet on mods? Haha

Hey Rob, I drove the thing home and you know what I realized? It needs nothing. I like it just the way it is. I have the 3.15 rear and I just touch the gas and they're LIT! At that point, more power wont matter unless I put slicks on it. It's a beast. You'll love it.
The car is a blast. Be careful with it though....Trust me.

I know you got a performance pack. I'd like to know how controllable it is in the snow. After driving mine I couldn't imagine coming off the clutch with a 3.73 with our GT in a snowy place like New York where I'm from. I imagine real easy does it, and not in 1st.

Haha well I hope to never find out how it performs in the snow as I will be stationed in Mississippi for at least a year and will be trying to stay in the South East following that (I am originally from FL). I have very limited driving experience as it is, so add a rear wheel drive V-8 w/ a 3.73 ratio to the mix may not be optimal.

Since I got the performance pack - I do not plan on doing any performance based mods immediately (with the exception of an exhaust after about a year). I already ordered some LED lights (interior and exterior) and LED switchbacks to install right after I take delivery.
