Well, the first real road trip is coming up next week. The wife and I are going to Eureka Springs for a couple of days and then maybe over to Memphis for a couple. She has to drive it today and tomorrow, as our youngest took off in her Cherokee to visit some friends in Denver. I gave 2 specific intrsuctions, 1) do not put gas in the car (I've got a question about that below) and 2) do not wash the car. She looked at me like I was crazy. "Why isn't there enough gas in the car, and what makes you think I would wash it?" :lipssealed:

So, ever since I had the Power Pack 2 installed, I've been running 93 octane. The oter day, I was out at my nephew's graduation, and had to get fuel. My only choice was 91, so I put a few gallons of 91 in, and plan to fill up with 93 this weekend. Question is, on the road trip, if I can't find 93, should I get 91 and add some form octane boost to get back to 93, or just run the 91 and not worry about it?

I'd say it depends on your tune. I believe you are tuned for 93 so if it is fuel rich you would be ok but if your tune has you more lean then I wouldn't go to the track. There was a 93 dry spell during a hurricane in Florida and my at the time Procharged GT was pinging like crazy on 91. I had stay completely out of boost.

I ran into the same problem on my 6 state road trip. Only found 93 octane once. Was not a problem for my stock EB Premium.
