Haha, no worries man. This is why I love this forum. People are humble and admit when they've read something wrong, remembered something incorrectly or were just wrong to begin with. It's awesome! Best forum community I've ever belonged to.

I Agree, and Evidently Ford Agreed too, because Almost Every Mustang shown from the Launch didn't have a Spoiler, other than the Integrated Duck Tail Spoiler already designed into the Body. Adding a Spoiler on top of this Spoiler just Looks Out of Place to Me. I'm sure the Designers would rather Not have the Tacked On Spoiler Ruining the Purity of their design. I'm sure Marketing were the ones responsible for Adding it.
I'm getting an after-market carbon fibre wing spoiler, but want the factory spoiler for the bolt holes.

I got to see one today
Take this with a grain of salt, as I know this is a pre production car

Just felt cheep to me, yes the seats more comfortable, but the interior just felt cheep. I am not a fan of the automatic floor shifter, so much cheeper than the 11-14 shifter. I do like the telescoping steering column, but the switches on the dash felt cheep. I am not a fan of the light switch, or the turn signals, wiper stalks, hate them in my focus too, I can live with them.

The worst thing was when I went to shut the drivers door, I pushed on the window, and it was loose, and felt broken. Not nice and sturdy like on my 2011

Yes this is a pre production car, so lets just hope this is a fluke

I think this the the first time I've seen anyone that has actually sat in the car say it felt cheap. Most have been saying the complete opposite. I find it especially interesting coming from a 2011 owner...

I don't expect it to be as nice as a high end car, but based on everything I've seen, I have to believe it's significant improvement over my 2012, and that's good enough for me. If a fancy interior was a huge priority, I would be buying a different type of car.

except for the window being cheap, Im not sure that the other stuff would be anything to complain about.

After dozens of contrary comments from others, I am really surprised that anyone with an 11 would think the 15 feels cheap. Oh, well, everyone calls it as they see it. The vote is now about 50:1.

I know I am nit picking, and realize this is a pre production car, but I have been so excited, it was a bit of a let down. I bleed Ford Blue, and with all the hype, was hoping for a lot better first impression.

I do like the looks of the car, and think with my Performace package wheels it will look a lot better. I don't know why they would send out a car with the 18 inch wheels, you would think Ford would want the spec out these cars with the best equipment available, after all you only get one chance to make a first impression. If it had the performance package wheels, higher trim level interior I am sure it would have made a much better impression on me.

But now I have to think if I really want this car. Since mine is a LE and I would have to pay a mark up, Should I buy this, or pay a little extra and go for a BMW M4 which was my other choice, or wait and get a Roush stage 3

I don't know what car you sat in, but the 2015 Guard Eco-Boost Coupe I saw in Brandon looked and felt Much Nicer than the 2010-14's In My Opinion. As for the Shifter there is No Comparison! The 2010-14 Auto Shifter was a Much Needed Improvement over the Plasticy 05-09 Shifter but it is No Where Near as Nice as the 2015's. The 2015's Shifter was a Solid Metal Leather and Aluminum Piece with a Nice Stitched Leather Boot, where the 10-14 Piece's Leather and Thin Aluminum Insert and Plastic Rollodex Sliding Cover
look and felt much cheaper to me.

The '15 M4 is a sweet machine, but, in my world at least, another $20K is more than 'a little extra.'

I think you should go sit in an M4 and choose from there. Obviously the M4 is going to be way better in terms of quality and refinement. It's just whether you're willing to drop the extra dough on it. Also, consider that the new Mustang MIGHT be up to par in terms of performance as the M4 considering the S197 GT was as quick as the E92 M3. Also, since it seems you like to mod, consider the potential power enhancement that you can achieve with the 2. I'm pretty sure you've seen what Whipple is shooting for with the new Coyote.
