See the pics now. Those wheel locks stick out like a sore thumb. Are all wheel locks like that? Those fingerprints, enough to drive me mad! Haha! :headbonk:

I honestly did not notice those damn things! I was too busy looking at the body and the interior since I knew the wheels on mine are going to different. I had wheel locks on my 2012 and were nothing like these, which do not look good at all. I hope it's a pre-production thing and doesn't carry over to our cars! Yeah, the dealership had been training the whole morning so the trainer had been opening and closing the hood, :tsk:.

Wheel Locks

My last set of wheel locks were aftermarket, and they looked just like these.
They fit the conical holes perfectly but sure did stick out farther than the
factory lugs. I wonder if they were simply purchased by the Rep to keep from being embarrassed to come out and find one or more of the wheels missing.

Yeah, I just noticed the Wheel Locks. They Look Terrible. These Pic's just Reinforce my Decision to Never Own Another Black car again. It Shows Every Imperfection, Speck of Dirt, and Smudge. It Drives Me Insane.

Not to mention I like the contrast of the Trim which is Lost on a Black/Dark Color.

Black looks awesome under an owner who knows what they're doing to maintain it. Other than that, looks like a hassle to me.

I owned a black car. Looked absolutely amazing following a wash and wax. I swore I'd never own one again. And I swore it again after my second black car, which again looked amazing. For a hour. Once a week.

Exactly. Really dark blue (like my Infiniti G35 in Twilight Blue) is just as bad. I am done with that.

Yeah, I agree about black paint, but the look of my Shelby when she is washed and waxed....., it is like heroin man, it just keeps pulling you back in!

DIB doesn't quite as bad as a super DARK blue. Looks just a shade or two darker than Subaru's World Rally Blue, which was very workable from a cleaning/looks perspective.

I'm between DIB and Race Red personally. Leaning blue. I'll never own a black car though -- too much work. Especially in dry, dusty CO.
