I order mine GT/PP,Ruby Red,401,10 auto, magna ride with active exhaust. If anyone might know why it is taken so long please chime in.
Besides the fact that it's a 401A, Magneride could be your hold up too. It's typically prioritized for Shelbys, Bullits, and PP2's... any other GT or Ecoboost is going to take a while to build since Magneride is usually on back order.

MagneRide is open right now. If you order a car with it and it gets on the production schedule, it's not an issue.

According to Ford Vehicle Order Tracking, mine is in the fourth phase, in transit. Built March 22nd. and eight days in transit to go fifteen miles. So, theoretically it should be at the dealer. Hope it's not like in the old days when you didn't want a Friday build with temporaries replacing the regulars taking off to start partying for the weekend. lol.

Don't know what a normal build time has been but this was eight weeks. Supposedly, there's some problem with getting it trucked to the dealer. I'd guess the assembly plant is fifteen miles away. Likely, it will ride to somewhere else first. I just wanted it in time for spring, read end of salting our roads.
Picked up my Bullitt on March 9 th, drove 40 miles to a shop to install Xpel paint protection. The shop called me and said on the front right rim their is a white scratches under the clear coat and sent me a picture. I picked it up 4 days later and went and showed the dealership the defect on the rim. They took pictures and sent it to Ford to replace it under warranty. Ford said I put a caustic solution on the rim and wont cover it. Such BS, I spent big money to protect the Bullitt Now I have to deal with Ford. WTF

Look up your window sticker using your VIN number. Look at your Blend Date (at the top over the word "BLEND"). If it's between 1/20 and 2/20, you likely got caught up in the missing steering wheel situation.
I did, blend date 1/27 EDD 2/5, still waiting. Supposedly built now just waiting transit... that way 2 weeks ago. Totally frustrated.

Ford shouldn't cover your wheel.

The post sounds a little suspicious to me. Close up pics would be nice.

LOL, they said the same to me "I put a caustic solution" on my windshield when I claimed "air bubbles" laminate separation between the windshield layers. This must be the new phrase they like to say. I kind of liked the laughable older one: It's working as designed". Far be it from them to believe the customer. It might cut into the share holder and CEO's profits. Screw the customer; On with the show.

I can see why Ford would question it. Get a wheel shop to repair it and skip the headache of dealing with Ford.

, Well please tell me your expert opinion why I would pay to repair the rim when the car only has 200 miles on it. The rim has a factory defect. Ford without any hesitation should replace it. The dealer agreed that its under the clear coat.

I'm not an expert but I would have gave the car a once over before it left the Dealership.

That spoke must have been pointing down and I didn't catch it. That dont matter, I bought 8 yrs 36,000 mile Warranty. It a defect from the manufacturer. No questions !
