Congrats man ! Hope it all works out of you and offer to help others with 350s you have on order should be really appreciated.

Color wise - I personally (if I could afford one) would get white with blue stripes like the '65 one, second option will black/black as it just looks bad ass.

I could easily , but to the reasons why I would not...

1) Who are you that I need to prove anything too, I could careless what you believe, or do not believe. Seriously

2) The proof would show where I have the cars, and I will not show that to anyone. How ever...the people that PM me for a car will find out that I'm telling the truth...richard
First of all congratulations on getting a 2016 R model!!

Obviously like the rest of us you want to get it right with respect to color choice the first time around so good luck with your final decision?

Whether you are purchasing 1 car or 3 cars you have nothing to prove to anyone and it is very unfortunate that there are people out there questioning what people such as you and I that are purchasing more than one of these great cars.

If you only are purchasing just one car and then offering the other one or two to other members on this forum that is about as good as it gets for other Mustang enthusiasts on here and I am sure that they are very appreciative of your efforts and intent?

Getting back to the color of your car let us know what you finally chose for color/stripes etc. and just remember whatever color it is your "R" will look outstanding!!

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Congrats Donson!
Black is really hard to keep clean. I don't think I'd even want it as stripes. Beyond that I can only paraphrase somebody - get what you like, like what you get!
So true about the keeping it clean.....and getting what you want.....White is looking like the way Im going to lean....:frusty:

Congratz, Donson!

As for color... I am pretty happy with my choice to switch to RR. Now I don't have to worry about any stripe conflict and I won't have metal flake on a race car. I'm stoked. Now I can honestly say that I have a triple-R.

I'm sure whatever color you get will look absolutely hot on your R.

No I live in Dallas But went to school in Norman.... The more I look at DIB with Black roof..:eyebulge:......Im going to go to a dealer today at look at a reg GT in DIB and then decide....If I do not choose DIB then we are going to be twins...sorry...:thumbsup:

P.S. I had a white 911 before...and it did not do IT, what ever that is...for me...maybe it was the car. 911's are nice to look at but have to be the right color...I love the Mustang lines on the GT350

Your car is going to be awesome...and of course it will happen, I will be jealous of every other color...brunettes want to be blondes and curly hair women wants straight hair and vis' versa' ...oh well.....I am sure 2017 will offer some new interesting colors that I will not be able to live with out...

I haven't seen a color combo that I don't like. They range from pretty damn cool, to SEXY AS HELL! Don't let, "it's hard to keep clean" argument keep you from what really excites you. Pretty much every town/city has a couple of really good HAND car wash. And, if you can afford 1 or several, you can afford to give yourself that little luxury.

At least that's my opinion.

As far as getting the car for MSRP, will you really know before its time to sign the papers? I've heard others on this forum go through similar situations and had similar promises made only to have their hearts ripped out of their chests when it came time to fill out the paperwork. Not trying to be negative, and I REALLY hope you get it for MSRP!
