I was surprised to learn that the radio can be deleted in the GT350 R. I wonder if the heater can be deleted. I mean who needs a heater in a car that is not driven in cold weather.

The real question is how many they would have sold without Ford's artificial production/allocation limits.

I have a race red, track pack, no stripe, black roof.

Race Red: 625 total (non R)

Race red track pack: 1 of 195

Assuming the no stripes are evenly distributed among base, tech & track: 195 x (113/625) = 1 of 35

Assuming black roof has the same proportion as race red R's, which is 14 of 35

35 x (14/35) = 1 of 14

A few assumption here, but it is probably not far off.

The base has no radio/AC, but the heater is still there, im guessing its a federal standard that doesnt allow for no heater

Yup, also people could order a 17 or 18 GT350R base in Triple Yellow, hence it would no longer be 1 of 1, or 1 of 2. So these yellow base R samples for sale may not be quite as rare as we think.

It will be very interesting to see what these numbers look like once the S550 GT350 completes its entire life run.

At least in my case, DIB is now extinct, so these numbers are all I really wanted to know!
