Extended wheel studs

Those of you running slicks, have you had to upgrade to longer wheel studs, or did the track require them? I got my racestar and the closed end shank lug nuts, but am curious if any have replaced... If so which ones are you using?

I have been getting by without them. Best pass has been 10.5 @ 135. They have only bitched about not having a roll bar. This is at local test and tunes.

Do those work with the 2015 mustang specific Drag Star lugs? I've got the closed end ones.

No . These are 1/2-20 .I bought new 1/2-20 open end lugs . I used 14mm f250 studs first . Needed more stud into the hex of the open end lugs , so I went with these .
