So I have 2015 gt and I am in the middle of pulling the trigger on a exhaust system. So i would like some feedback on these two systems since they are diffrent of course below are my reactions to the systems and what i have read so far.

Corsa extreme: The only stuff that i hear is that is super loud and that sound raspy?

MRT Cat-Back w/ Drone Management System: that its quiet at wot and has some drone?

Let me know what you guys think thank you.

haven't got a lot of feedback on the mrt.

corsa isn't bad, if you want loud and raspy it's nice

the sw is very nice too in the retro catback

the mbrp can't be beat for the money

the arh sounds great as well

If you're wanting something with zero drone I'd go with Corsa or ARH. If you're wanting something a little less loud give us a shout.

I wouldn't call Corsa Raspy, its like saying SW has drone... very subjective.

I went with ARH based on Jay's recommendations and advice based on what I was looking for. Was really interested in the SW with H-pipe but didn't want any chance of drone since my 5 year old loves being in the car and him and my wife don't like the drone. Plus going to work at 4am and I did not want to piss off the neighbors too much.

No drone, not raspy, and with the H-pipe I get a nice clean deep tone. Not obnoxiously loud, but definitely wakes the beast up. Jay with hypermotive hooked me up with a great price and solid customer service. Couldn't be happier.

This is what I can say about after market exhaust sustems. Bought my 2015 Mustang GT Premium, 6 Speed Manual in Dec of 2014. The first mod I did was purchase and install a new exhaust. The stock just sounded so muted.

I chose what at the time was considered to be the quiets system out there. The Ford Racing Performance Touring, 50 state legal, Black tips. (By Borla).

From the day I installed it, I never liked it. I just thought that it was a bit to loud and raspy. Since I had just dropped $1,750.00, I figured I leave it on and see if I learned to like it.

Although it is only really noisy and raspy when really getting on it, and while crusing on the highway it was quit, no drone. I just never got used to it or learned to like it.

In fact...Lol! Today I removed it and re-installed my stock exhaust. Test drove and I happy. :) Now I'm going to sell the FRPP Touring Exhaust.

The Corsa sounds exotic. Its loud but clear, and I guess you could call it "raspy" but I think that carries a more negative connatation than it should. Gets my vote everytime. :)

I have the FRPP Sport catback. Amount of sound is just right to me. I wanted something with no drone and wasn't obnoxiously loud. I do a lot of highway travel and this is my daily driver. Cruising on highway at 55-85 you hear just enough of it so you know it is there. Around town is a bit louder since you aren't cruising, but still completely tolerable. I wouldn't have an issue traveling across country with it.

Keep in mind buying an exhaust is very subjective and everyone is looking for something slightly different. I was able to hear the FRPP Sport on a forum members car in person before ordering it for mine.

I love my frpp sport don't get me wrong... I just wish it was louder. It doesn't drone and it's amazing on that though. I constantly regret not going roush axle back + x pipe but the frpp sport is just damn nice too. Maybe one day I'll just put roush axle back on the frpp sport system with roush valance, maybe not.

i mean frpp is yummy but I have still yet to hear my car outside from this clip I made. Keep forgetting to get my father to drive and do a drive by to actually hear it (but i heard all kinds of exhausts at mustang week, go figure lol). It may be louder than I think because the interior is very well insulated in these cars it really dampens the sound...but I imagine people can hear me coming. I just don't know how it sounds outside the car!

The OP is asking about 2 specific exhausts, the Corsa Extreme or MRT Catback. :headbonk:

I love the aggressive sound my corsa extremely system makes the best part is absolutely no drone I can be crushing at highway speeds and have a conversation with someone with having to talk over the drone. Jayman at Hypermotive gave me a good deal on the system and got it shipped to me within a week of ordering it.

GT base, a loud one.

I know it's not necessarily what you asked. But MBRP shipped was $560. Not bad at all. And if you choose to go louder (such as I did) it can be done easily. :)

iPhone cam. Sorry about that. MBRP 3" street cat back (H pipe) and mufflers cut out. 3" straight pipe from cats. Believe it or not, it's absolutely quiet on the highway. No drone whatsoever on highway.
