I get exhaust pops when shifting. Straight pipe resonator delete(not H or X) and pypes bomb axleback.

Wow. I love the sound. I hate to ask because I want to get this set up. Any drone?

Thanks! There is a little bit of drone but it's not unbearable. I just recently started commuting 35 miles to work and at 65 mph I barely hear it. It helps listening to the radio as well. I love the way it sounds but the only real complaint is how loud it is when you turn it on during a cold start lol. I don't mind but I'm sure my neighbors hate it when I have to go in early for work hahaha.

Same exhaust here!

I haven't come across anything that sounds like it or as loud lol.

The cold starts are tough though, but so far my neighbors haven't said anything lol.

It can also make grown men giggle like school girls lol.
Yep, still puts a smile on my face on start ups lol.
From what I've read, cat-back is strictly for getting the noise you want on this car. As in, a cat-back won't make much, if any power. So if I chose a set-up like your guys' over.. Say MBRB or Solo, the only real difference would be the noise it makes, right?

I'm in the same boat then, seeing as how I do plan to go with long tubes down the road.

Yeah catbacks and axlebacks won't give you much performance gains. Maybe 3-5hp from stock and some weight savings. But if you compare one axleback/catback to another there's not a big difference to justify picking one over the other. It's just purely how you want your car to sound. I'm sure if a catback was gonna give you 50+hp/tq and it sounded terrible it would still be the best selling catback out there. But since they all give you the same gains the main deciding factor would be the sound.

If you want backfire/popping that sounds like you’re at a shooting range I would go with Corsa Catless Headers and Corsa Xtreme cat-back and then I would get the tune from Palm Beach Dyno and also request their novelty “burble tune” with E85 tune. I have this setup on my 19 Bullitt and it’s insane. You would also gain quite a bit of horsepower!
