Its OK you can just see the rear of the M3 or whatever replaces the Mustang as temporary car instead. ;)

MY18 will be slow as fuck when I get it anyway, running in all over again.

Saying that I will have it run in within a week, as I will want to do some 0-60 and 0-100 testing in it, see if Ford were telling porkies or not about that sub 4s. :D

Not something Ford would do as all Ford maps from factory have flex fuel disabled, it is only enabled by tuners.

Ford tend to do all performance testing on Octane 91 and the 460HP is based on Octane 91 I believe.

PRICING (UNOFFICIAL, UNCONFIRMED)

Base ecoboost £34795 (MY 17 £33645)
Base GT £41095 (MY 17 £38095)

They are still listing the MY 17 Mustangs but the 18s are awaiting images.

It doesn't leave much room for options before hitting the £40k list price!

My local dealer had them (current models) at that money so I'm not sure I'd put any faith in anything until Ford upset us officially

Yeha i don't have much trust in the numbers hense the "(Unconf/Unofficial)" bit, as it could just be a guess.

I've just had my guy log into Vista as I type this, there is no official pricing on Vista or statement from Ford.

So its either a dealership taking a guess or they have a tip off.

Considering the extra the 18 comes with, and the price increase in the states, a £3000 increase is probably fair, and not as bad as it could have been (assuming this will end up the actual cost)

But as I said, the MY17, current car IS £41095, so that is NOT the 18 price. I'd applaud Ford if they could do it - though I can't see it with any options at that price.

But, I'll be happy to be proven wrong. It'd be a nice surprise!

£38095 is the correct price today for the MY17 base GT (check ford website)

Either £41095 is with options or the dealer has there own mark up (which often happens, when I bought my 16, the dealer had a convertible selling for north of £43k).

Not saying £41095 is going to be the starting cost of the 18, but it seems reasonable that it could be

Kent mustang is showing £37195 on the road for a base GT.
Going by that it could come in just over 40k plus options.
