Um, badly worded, sorry; on the bike I don't really keep up with the "enthusiasts" with their knees down or at 100+ mph on the back roads. There's some fairly well known roads around these parts that are the highest risk for biker deaths in the UK. So, you know, I ride to my abilities (I did a...
I find that if you are on a m-way that you can do 70mph on, you're doing well (at least down here), so 60mph seems to be about right; that's got nothing to do with the GT though; I do that in my daily (RS4) or my toy cars (Monaro/GT). I do have a 15 month old at home, so I'm very much known as a...
Mine is used once/twice a week... even a month sometimes as my life is hectic and the Mustang is often not suitable daily.
I'm currently looking at replacing it, and two other cars with a single car that I can use every day, but the list isn't that long, and I still enjoy the Mustang. It's just...
Cheers chap; that's reassuring. I have to get exhaust tips - the Roush ones bolt on anyway, it'll just be welding the twins on (though that in itself may affect the sound).
Something to think about!
You're a git.
I want 20s, and some other bits... this IS nice though. I think it looks way better with 4 pipes.
I saw an 18 yesterday. The rear was the only bit I liked. That nose... but anyway, the pipes area great upgrade.
I do hope this is the end of it. Though for me, I suspect this would be the end of ownership as well. I'd always have that nagging feeling (been there, done that!)
I echo the above; my first question would be that since I haven't "owned" the car for several months, that I question why I'm...
I followed a fair few LS turbo conversions and always thought the supercharger route was cheaper, less risky and easier to reverse. I don't know what the Coyote is like, but in my head, the same applies.
Mind you, the fastest LS car I witnessed was twin-turbo'd and it was wonderful... and about...
5th was supposed to be; then 6th... and now 7th.
The 2019 car is a 6th Gen with a broken nose. Awful refresh :(
So, for now, I'd err that a RHD car is years away at best, if ever.
BTW, most of this came from RHD cars based on the same platform; VXR8. So, the work was mostly done, just...
Bring it on, then. I'll buy a Camaro in RHD tomorrow (tomorrow being a long time away, and with express permission from my lovely wife!).
That said, I expressed interest for the 5th Gen in 2009... and I'm still waiting ;)
Ain't that a kicker? I mean, there should be room for all the pony cars here and they would, I think in RHD, be successful. The LHD bit - and to me, the dealer network, is the put off. I don't much care where the steering wheel is but having a good, solid, dealer network is important.
I have a...
Err... no. I mean, yes, the Camaro is being converted to RHD in Australia, but we ain't getting it.
In fact, GM has said that the UK is not a market they've succeeding it, and so is of little interest, though the Mustang's success was a surprise.
Both the 5th Gen and 6th were base-engineered...
Half the story. Sit in both; drive them. The cockpit layout and shorter bonnet make the BMW far easier to drive and park. There's no panacea, I know, but they are very different in practice.
It's not something I'm too worried about; there's a black one here at work, and a blue one nearby - but like 911s, if you know, then they're interesting. If not, it's just a BMW.
I like the shouty cars - I'd love Camaro or Corvette, and my old Monaro always got nice comments. Having over 20...
