2020 GT ESS G3 car with e85 and triple pump fuel system. We are having some idle issues. Just trying to see if anybody has came across this before. First off, i did not install this kit so please be patient with me as i may or may not know where everything is located in the car.
cold starts on the car are fine and the rom does drop down to normal temp. However, if the ac is on it can SOMETIMES have bouncing idle and can stall out sometimes especially if you put it in gear (a10 car).
warm starts are hit and miss. if i remote start it or even just get in and start it, the rpms are very low around 400-450 and itll either catch itself and raise itself up OR itll stall out again. i have higher chances of getting a good warm start if i let the car sit in the "on" position for about 15 seconds and itll usually start just fine. warm starts when successful will raise up to 1k rpm and never go down though untill i drive for about a quarter mile then idle will go down to the normal.
is there something im missing or something i can try out? had my tuner give me a revision and it fixes it mostly but the car just doesnt feel the same drivability and performance wise. i feel like hes working around and issue so i figured id jump on here to see if any of you guys would know.
thank you as always
