I have a 2015 Mustang GT that got its stock headers reinstalled but I noticed a vibration around 1500-2000ish RPM and then it would go away. I rev'd the car up to 5k RPM to see if it would vibrate in any other RPM however the vibration would only be felt when it went through those RPMS. The car idles just fine and visually the engine doesn't shake or vibrate when in those RPMS. The Vibration is only felt through the interior especially more on the gas pedal. Would anyone have any idea where this would be coming from? Thanks!

I have the exact same problem. However, I’ve always had the stock headers. My car is a 2015 Mustang GT PP, manual transmission. Did you find a solution? It’s driving me nuts. 2000 rpm is cruising rpm so it makes going on a trip very frustrating.

Hello; Some years ago read an article radial tires. Seems back then at least they had a built in sympathetic vibration. Somewhere around 45 to 50 MPH if memory serves. The nature of the tires I suppose. I looked for and did find such. Was not much. I changed gears to see if RPM's mattered.

I do not know the rear end in the OP's car. More than one ratio was offered. Could it be what I think of a lugging? I can only go so slow in top gear in my manual car without vibration.
