Took it to ford cause i finally got a check engine light I read the code and it was a Catalytic converter went to ford they replaced it for free as it was a tsb and Im still getting rough idle and shaking and the hissing first ford told me it was the brake booster vacuum line replaced that as well and the problem still occurs i still have no idea what it could be
Cats fall under the federal warranty so they couldn't charge you for that with your miles.

On your digital gauge for AFR what does it read while at idle? I think normal should bounce around between 13.9-14.1 if you are on ethanol 10% like here in Ca. Also what does your vacuum gauge read at idle and at cruising speed of 55 mph. Should be 19.5 at idle and around 15 at 55 mph.

So I went to ford they told me that they couldn’t reproduce it I get right into my car I drive around the block and as soon as I got back in the car after I ran some chores I got the issue again I have some video of my vacuum gauge and the air fuel ratio below please I feel like I’m slowly killing my car and I hate that ford can even find the issue

Just an FYI Fords powertrain warranty is 5yrs/60k miles also you live in Cali which has a 7yr./100k mile emissions warranty. You should be covered.

I have the exact same issue as you. Mine isn't as severe, but will idle as low as ~400RPM, and shake the car, then jump back up to normal idle speeds.
