    I'm not sure. However, the parts aren't that expensive, and if you have to take the solenoids out, mine as well replace it with a known good part. That way you don't have to take it apart again

    You are very welcome! What you're explaining matches my experience as well. The solenoids we're getting stuck, causing -30 or more of timing , randomly at idle. I hope this fixes the issue for you as well. The parts themselves aren't that expensive.

    Incase someone searches this - it ended up being the Cam Phaser Solenoid. Once i replaced those (I went ahead and just replaced them all with OE Replacements) the stumble is gone. Thanks to those who provided input

    I didn't think it was necessarily. I was thinking that maybe it was exacerbating an underlying issue, but i'm not sure. I've driven it for about a week now with only 1 stumble. Previously, when I was on my tune, it would happen at nearly every stop. Probably just coincidence i guess...

    Interesting. I told them it's stock, and they didn't indicate that it wasnt worth it. I'm sure its completely subjective, since the gain is relatively small. Like mentioned above, really what i'm looking for is more consistent power, and better shifts. I'm hoping to get at least that.

    I have the exact same issue as you. Mine isn't as severe, but will idle as low as ~400RPM, and shake the car, then jump back up to normal idle speeds.
