My garage gets sauna hot if I pull in and close the door right away. I leave the gate door open for a few hours to let the car and my garage get some fresh air. Drives my wife crazy.
Same, I leave my garage open and even open the side door and turn on a box fan for a couple hours in the summer time. It turns my garage into an oven otherwise...

I think you're fine. I feel one contributing factor is being Summer in a northern latitude, reads like uncovered. It can be more difficult for the car to shed heat once parked.

When I'm heading back home, the last five minutes or so, I drive in Normal Mode, normally. It's my attempt at a cool-down period.

Once home, if I intend to wash the car, I do lift the hood and let the car sit for 30 minutes. This cools things down well, under hood and brakes, so I don't have to worry about water spots forming. I always doing the hood last.

If checking oil, the hood is opened and the car sits for about 10-15 minutes, so everything can settle. Then I check. Under hood is still hot, but cool enough to move around and check things.

Just installed Race Louvers. Problem solved. Car runs cooler under all conditions and cools faster when stopped and shut off.
thanks for the info

do you have a picture of the setup/ louvers?

granted, I’ve never owned an engine this big or powerful but the amount of retained heat after running a while is crazy.

maybe there is a way to port more air in from the lower portion of the bumper on the passenger side?
to blow fresh air over the top of the engine

kind of like the ram air ducts but for the passenger side?
Any air entering the engine compartment needs to go through the radiator first. If you ducted air any other path into the engine compartment and pressurize that area that makes it harder for the air going through the radiator and some cars that can cause engine cooling issues.

If anything there is room for improvement for extracting air from the engine compartment and that will help both while running and stopped. Like hood louvers.

I never knew that about any pressurized air under the hood could cause improper cooling.
thanks for that info!!!
scratch the thought of adding a vent in lower bumper 🫤

I guess the factory hood vents/ heat extractors arent all that great about pulling air out?

do you think its possible to open up the bottom/ mounting plate a bit more?
currently there is something similar to a small channel that runs around it, its not just a straight through hood vent.
