P2119 codes throttle body codes after washing engine bay please help

So this afternoon I decided to clean my engine bay used the foam engine cleaner and scrubbed with brush around parts. I then hosed it down with a light stream not around electrical components or so I assumed. Washed the car and took it for a drive the wrench came on and the ngauge pulled some p2119 codes and I think p2112 I also re oiled my kn air filter and put that back in. What happened did I short a fuse or something
