nice under-the-hood details 👍🏻 is that metal or dense plastic? is one or the other proven to stay cooler by not heat-soaking? I would imagine if air is flowing in whichever type of tube, it doesn’t really have time for the air to get hotter, right??? I see it still has 2 accordion style ribs…...

granted, I’ve never owned an engine this big or powerful but the amount of retained heat after running a while is crazy. maybe there is a way to port more air in from the lower portion of the bumper on the passenger side? to blow fresh air over the top of the engine kind of like the ram air...
