Posted this on FB as well, so sorry for anyone that saw it 2x.
Finally made it to the drag strip. I had some issues with the edelbrock tune, specifically in normal drive mode and stalling the car. When it came to shift into 3rd, the car would lose power for a moment before coming back into full throttle. These were my best runs (with minimal wheel spin in 1st/2nd) in sport mode and no stalling. My times are on the right for both.
For starters, do you all think this is where I should be? 19Gt, A10, EB stage 1 kit on the EB tune and exhaust. Dyno numbers were 615/565.
I’d like to step it up a little bit more, but after thinking about it I’d like to stay on 93 octane. What does anyone suggest for additional mods. I was thinking the following:
-upgrade intake and throttle body
-PBD or Lund tune
-SW idler bracket
-pulley change (although not sure what’s safe on 93).
Any suggestions or modifications would be appreciated
