Hello folks.

I ordered my Automatic Ecoboost in May 2015 and collected the car back in January. Absolutely delighted with it.

I work away alot, but at the moment the car is my main day to day car. I do plan for getting a run about for the winter time comes.

Currently shopping around for a new exhaust system, I also quite fancy colour coding the lower plastics.

I live in the North of Scotland, in a town that's on the new North Coast 500 route - i see a few people on here are planning on doing the route which is great!

Great pictures, thanks for sharing. I had the opportunity to study in Scotland for 6 months and had several trips around the country. Had great memories that I will never forget. However, it would have been even more enjoyable in a Mustang!

Been to Scotland 3 times - wonderful country and wonderful people - and a fantastic backdrop for a great looking car. Would love to have mine over in the Fort William area with a good quality camera - and maybe a bonny lass in a wee kilt!

Great looking car! Would love to hear about your plans and see your development of "colour coding the lower plastics." What are you thinking about? Plasti dipping them?

Where have you been in Scotland mate? Plenty off places to get a good photo! Have you heard off the North coast 500 before ? It's Scotlands answer to Route66!

Thank you. I am thinking about having the plastics taken off, treated and then sprayed. I know it will more than likely chip but I think it would look better. If you see this photo off a Mustang in my town he has had his lower plastics sprayed and it looks alot cleaner!

All over. Ayr, Glasgow, Loch Lomand, Skye, Invergarry, Inverness, Avimore, Edinburgh, Perth, Sterling, St. Andrews (without golf clubs) Jedburgh, Scott's Rest, Dunoon, Fort William, Oban, Creiff, Elgin, Aberdeen, and Braemar. Sorry if I messed up the spelling. Beautiful country and the west and north are so different than the East and the lowlands are different still.
Cheers

Studied under a small program based in Dalkieth (Just outside of Edinburgh). The program had local professors but all the students were from the US. We took advantage of many long weekends and able to take trips around Scotland and Europe. Still can't find Tennent's very often over here!

Yeah, the grey plastics are a bit of a weak link, meaning to do this myself, but as you say, the chips might be an issue. At least the grey plastics are robust. Imagine prepping the grille might be a b1tch.

Think I'd play safe and go gloss black on a white car personally rather than body colour, or at least like to see how one looks before committing.

Anyone had their plastics painted? any issues (chips etc.)?
