Ecoboost Performance Pack worth it?

So, i got my car with the performance pack and Ive been seeing some other mustangs around without it and I guess just checking out some threads on the board of some of the mods people are doing and it brought me to this question.

Is the performance pack option really worth it?

Below is what this includes for the ecoboost
The EcoBoost® Performance Package Includes:
• Upsized rear sway bar (Fastback only)
• Unique chassis tuning
• Larger brake rotors with 4-piston calipers
• Unique 19” x 9” Ebony Black aluminum wheels
• 255/40R19 Summer Only Tires
• Unique EPAS, ABS and stability control tuning
• Instrument panel appliques are Aluminum
• Interior gauge pack (oil pressure and boost)
• 3.55 limited-slip rear axle
• Larger radiator
• Heavy-duty front spring (Fastback only)
• Spoiler delete

Does anyone regret getting the PP? would anyone do anything differently?

Nope, the tires and black wheels made it worth it for me. Larger radiator and brakes was a plus.

Brakes,guages and slightly larger radiator were the big ones for me.Really with everything you get its a bargain imo

As it has been answered in many threads before it depends on what you do with the car.

However for the fairly reasonable price I believe it's worth every penny.

Yep i love the fact i have the PP. May not need all of them but glad to know i have it if i do need it.

Worth every penny. For me its the large brakes. Nothing like seeing a massive caliper with a huge rotor behind some very nice wheels.

The 3.55 gears is also a major plus for me too, even if it means 1 or 2 mpg.

It's a huge difference on back roads and I'm sure an autocross or track day, it feels much more tight and composed than a non PP model.

i certainly think that the cost is very reasonable for what you get with the package.

What do you guys think of the suspension? I feel like it is actually set up pretty well for a car you buy off the lot with factory package.

The only real gripe i have with it is how high it sits. I feel that there is too much wheel gap for sure. I saw a base eco with 18" foundries that looked like it had less wheel gap that my car did, but that might be the size of the tires...

One of the only regrets I have about my car is not getting the PP. Mostly for the better brakes. The base brakes aren't bad but once you get into higher speeds they don't feel very responsive any more. And I think all of the stock suspensions PP or non are slightly too high. Again I've only had gripes with that at higher speeds as well. Feels sortof flighty.

so the performance pack really captured my attention when I first started looking into everything before getting my car. And because I decided to lease, that means that i get to turn it in in 2 years and get a new one which i will probably buy and I can get it the way that I wanted.

If the wait time for an order wouldn't have been so many months i would have bought this one the first time around. But Really what I wanted was a base ECO with PP and Cloth recaros. I am actually not entirely impressed with the premium options. The cooled seats barely work, the sound system has been giving me problems like crazy as I've posted in the TSB and issues forum. also the touch screen isn't terrible but I think that is something I could do without.

One random thing is though, Im not sure if I like the PP wheels on the eco better or the 18" foundry wheels. I actually like those foundry wheels a lot actually.

To answer this question if i could of gotten a V6 with premium and PP i would of been all over it.

Yea I was surprised that the v6 didn't come with those options, it seemed like for really wanted the Eco to take off. I still think the v6 is pretty good power plant
