Ecoboost 0-100kmh time

Yeah it's mainly the end gearing 3.31 instead of 3.55 that the US version has. I'm seriously considering changing them. It's not an expensive mod.

Considering as well but working hours might be the tricky part cost wise...Did you get a quote ?

The Euro-spec EB Fastback Manual has 3.31 gears.

Only the Auto has 3.55?

I did 6.6 sec today on Sport+
on the Track mode traction control is off and for me it is hard to make a good time because the back of car slides

Not yet, probably around 3 hours I would guess.

Yes. That's also one of the reasons it has so much more CO2 emission. They deliberatly castrated the manual with the 3.31 to get under 180 grams of CO2.

While this is true, doesn't 3.31 make the car a bit more relaxed when it comes to daily driving? (Longer gears etc)

Yes, lower gearing lowers your RPM at cruising speed. So it has its advantages as well.

When I get the chance Ill put it in track mode and try a pull, but my guess so far is I'm at 120 under 5 seconds, at least that's how it feels like.

to beat 6 sec is really hard in my opinion almost impossible

Paper time for EU MT is 5.5 according to this - http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/ford/m...g-2015-12-month-waiting-list-prices-and-specs - so AT should be slightly faster. Time for US version as far as I know is 5.8 and our Ecoboosts are slightly more powerful so this could be the case.

You need to start around 2k RPM, dry road, warm wheels, cold air, traction off. Ideally evening after a sunny day.
