Their prices are usually to high for used from what I’ve seen.

Lots of wheels are made in China now, even some of the Ford Performance ones. So it's not as bad as it used to be as far as danger levels. But honestly, cheap shit is cheap shit no matter how you slice it, the wheel might be OK but the finish won't last.

This. The wheel will be fine but the finish usually doesn't last that long.

Why even consider eBay? American Muscle has wheels for as low as $119 apiece on there sight.

Lots of things are made in China but the quality can vary immensely. I'm sure the FP ones are made to higher standards than the no-name stuff. The cheaper stuff can be downright dangerous.
