I would like to know the details on your 11.8 run. I am curious what gas you ran, what your IATs were and how much timing you had in the car. I doubt you will disclose those things, but now that I have been playing with this car...it is clear what these cars need to run hard.

They said race gas in the video and another post a few days ago. I'd be interested in the IATs but I'm not expecting anything astonishing based on the IATs we've already seen.

Not sure they'll disclose the timing they were running though, as you said.

'Race gas' doesn't tell us much. It's like saying 'pump gas'...only worse.

Not that that's bad, I wouldn't give away my secrets either if I was selling products for this car.

I can see not disclosing their timing, etc -- however, he's curious simply because he's experienced high IATs along with Cobb, etc.

I'm sure he's curious as to how they combated it.

These cars are going to generate high IATs with a stock turbo and intercooler. There is no way around that. I know they are in Michigan, so they probably had some good ambient air for these runs. I am just curious what fuel they ran and how much timing they got the thing to take. "Race Gas" is a very generic description. I think if you can keep the thing in positive timing down the track, the gains would be substantial. I went almost 106 mph on my best pass, but the ambient air sucked and I was at -4 degrees of timing through the majority of the run and had IATs approaching 180.

When it comes to what type of fuel we use, that is something that we have no problem disclosing. We did not think that so many of you would be so curious as to what we were running for fuel. We used MS109 for our drag race set-up. Intake Air Temps are nothing amazing either, as it is no secret that the car is a fire breathing dragon. But, when it comes to the "secret sauce" kind of info we will not disclose any of that. As many of you mentioned above, timing, tuning engineering etc is rather sensitive info. Thanks for understanding guys!

Interesting that you used MS109, which is highly oxygenated. Did you chose that because it was unleaded? I think C16 would probably be more inclined to get along with the super high IATs as it likes hot IATs and burns pretty slow...making it super safe. I figured you would not disclose timing...but I am damn certain I was positive the whole pull. LOL.

We still had the stock catted downpipe, so we needed the high end fueling that we were using to be unleaded.
