Cuz I know people who run E85 typically need bigger injectors

No you don't as you are only running 15% more ethanol than the factory is good for. You can't run straight e85, it has to be mixed.

We recently got a speedway near my house that carries E85. It says on the pump "minimum 51% ethanol content". How does this play into proper mixing for E30 if the actual ethanol content can change. Also how close do you have to be to E30 with an E30 tune before you run into trouble?

When winter comes around, it would be wise to invest in a ethanol content tester.
