Flash to stock? Thats a negative. You can flash from a 93 tune straight to a E30 tuneHe'd have to flash to stock, then flash his E30. 5-10 minutes process to do both flashes.

Only if you aren't running more than 21psi. The car runs out of fuel above E30 at low boost. You aren't getting anymore advantage with that extra 5% of ethanol. E30 is more than enough to achieve MBT on stock turbo, while still having proper fueling. Also you can run a 1/3 E85 2/3 93 mix as well. I run my tank down to less than 10 miles to empty, put in 5.15 gal E85 and top off with 93. Put in a little MM oil beforehand.... good to go!
But of course!Where I'm at we only have 91 and E85. Can I still achieve E30 without having 93?

Yes, E30 is only in reference to the ethanol content percentage. Using a lower octane fuel like 91 just means you will have less octane points than you would with 93.Where I'm at we only have 91 and E85. Can I still achieve E30 without having 93?
Yes, but I would recommend getting an intercooler to get the full benefit. Is there any benefit (performance increase) with E30 on an otherwise stock car?

Here is a good calculator.

On an empty tank I now run 5- E85 and 9-91. This is a 96 OCT 30.4% blend. That's a pretty sweet calculator..... 3 gallons of e85 and 7 of regular 91 get me at 95.2 octane and e33 or 2.5 gallons of e85 and 6.5 gallons of 91 get me to 30.8/e31 or 94.9

1/2 tank- 2.5 & 4.5
1/4 tank- 1.25 & 2.25
This makes it really simple to fill up and never risk running out of space. I'm sure I could get it closer to full but I don't fill the tank up all the way because most of the time I'm at the track, lol.
Also make sure your 91/93 does NOT contain ethanol (10%) as this will throw off the measurements. My station has pure gas next to the E pumps so I don't get thrown off. It also lowers the octane rating of the mix
