Boomba sells a port injection plate for injectors pretty cheap. You will need to piece together all the lines/fittings though, as well as the injectors and fuel controller. Everyone just uses the SplitSecond controller though, so not hard to figure that out.

CP-E's kit is nice, but their kit is about ~500 more for just including the fittings and hoses. Not hard to pick out the right fittings.
the cp-e kit is used on Brad Guslers record breaking ecoboost Mustang
went 10.39 last weekend :headbang:
no other system is proven at this point
Lethal and Lund Tuning have made over 600 at the wheels on the stock block using the cp-e aux fuel kit and the MicroSquirt controller
Lund was first to tune aux fuel using the MicroSquirt on the ecoboost platform.

There are many things that happen beyond forums and FB, there are a few cars running AEM aux fuel controllers as well

Our kit is an engineered aux fuel system that fits under the manifold
we could have taken a manifold spacer and converted it to a top mount aux fuel plate very easily

The options are coming fast and heavy for these cars. As much as I told myself I was going to avoid doing an upgraded turbo I may end up doing one anyways. 380-390 on 93 pump is good to daily, then throw e85 and seeing some of these on softer tunes make 450whp/440ishtq. Sign me up for that.

So you can run both E85 and 93 octane with the setup?

Yes you can, as long as you have a tune for 93 and E85. If I am doing the tuning you would be able to switch on the fly without reflashing. Simply turn my E85 conversion kit off, then change from your e85 map slot tune to your 93 map slot tune.

Here is the update from my build thread:

Update: 5/9/16 - TUNE+ E85 Conversion Kit

Converted the car to straight E85 (no mixing) and started doing some preliminary tuning/testing on my E85 Conversion Kit.

Features and Options:
  • Top Feed Port Injection Rail System
  • Available in stock turbo (light sauce) and big turbo (extra sauce)
  • Will Support up to 1000whp
  • 100% Ethanol safe components
  • Comes standard with Split Second fuel controller, but Microsquirt is an option for immense fuel control and blending from ethanol content sensor blending
  • Includes everything needed to install, unlike the incomplete kits on the market. Will also come with a mounting plate for the below options if they are added
  • Optional Bluetooth Ethanol Content Sensor that will display your fuels ethanol content to your phone or tablet
  • Optional Inline Fuel Filter

Picture below shows the prototype system. From the picture the following will be changed:

-Line and fitting routing
-Mounting plate (will be 3D printed when finalized)
-Mounting Hardware

Initial results, which based on the many other cars I have tuned should put me right around 500whp.

Thanks Adam, I still need to get my downpipe installed and the tune file from you for that on first!

I know that alone is a huge step from where I am now with Cobb Stage 1 but I find myself looking at the next step from there, LOL!:D

What is the limit of the stock fuel system? On say 91oct then 100oct, before we need to upgrade to something like this?

91 will be octane limited, and 100oct will be turbo limit before you reach the limit of the stock fuel system. This kit is designed for E85 or BIG BIG power on race gas.

Well, Daniel Higdon is making 450whp without even pushing it with my E85 tuning.

Stock block, MAP 5558 Turbo Kit.
Woow 450 whp its really good with the turbo kit and your e85 tune but how much power do you think it would make with stock turbo and your auxiliary fuel system? And Last question do you recomend the auxiliary fuel system with stock turbo?

1. They were not the first to use MicroSquirt, if you look at my post when I was with MAPerformance I did testing with it LONG before you even had a kit out. Albeit was on a throttle body injection system but they were not the first.

2. They haven't made over 600whp on the stock block, the most they made was on Lethal's car which was 540whp and I have made 573whp. Where is their car now? Made a 11.1 pass once then disappeared. I imagine it didn't last too long, I know the car making 576whp didn't last long

There is one car running AEM EMS-4 as an AUX fuel controller, and it far from ideal.

If you could of taken a manifold spacer and converted it to a top mount you should have it would of been the correct way to do it. Also, your kit IS a manifold spacer, but you chose to go underneath instead of up top. I know why you did, to keep it hidden and to reuse the engine cover but performance wise it doesn't make sense when it comes to flowing fuel.

Here is the insane fuel system setup I did on Ken Compton's car last week. Theory, Conception, Development, and Testing all in 3 days. Enough fuel to support 1000whp, but currently proven to 663whp/605wtq on the factory headgasket. :headbonk:

Since you mentioned working with MAP and their TBI kit...

What are some of the draw backs to their kit? Obviously only 2 inj's and no additional pump, it's not going to support 1khp like your current setup, but enough for a stock turbo?

Ever run into issues with fuel puddling in intake manifold, or issues with TB closing and still a little fuel left in Intake manifold?

It's temping for all inclusive kit for $899 read to go, most don't include the injectors or fuel controller.
