I was doing some research and ran across this article: E85 in a Turbocharged EcoBoost Engine

Ford seems to recommend 93, but I haven't found much about E85 which as I understand from this article has an octane rating higher than 93. Can someone with more expertise shed some light on the subject?

Could the stock tune benefit from this, or should it even be used? (there are a lot of cons from what I read)

Stock won't, e85 on non e85 vehicles takes more fuel to run properly. BUT if you get a tune for e85, some nice respectable gains will be made. E85 is about 105 octane give or take.

Take a look at the results from Livernois' tune on a stock ecoboost then add a bit more power/tq to it for E85.
