I have the dyno graph showing a direct comparison between a ProCharger equipped 2015 GTPP car and a 2016 GT Auto car. Not many people have had this opportunity.

Test parameters the same:

Same Dyno
Same Dyno operator
Same ProCharger kit
Same injectors
Same tuner (LUND)
Same wheels and tires
Same exhaust
4th gear used in both
SAE Correction

Differences

2015 GT w/PP manual and 2016 GT Auto
Gearing 3.73 vs 3.15 (auto)
Different dates
Pull started at lower RPM on Auto car
Different Color exterior :D

Just in case you ever wondered. See graph attached.

Conclusion: There is about 4.4 to 4.7% increase in power with the Manual over the Auto. Or conversely there is about 4.4 to 4.7% more drivetrain losses in the Auto versus the Manual.

Very cool comparison.

Though I wonder how much of the difference is from gearing and not just a drivetrain loss, since it's clearly not the same

Provided both cars dyno'd off the assembly line at the same 4.x% difference of course :)

Details on the SC setup?
ProCharger HO Kit (6 rib drive) D1SC blower: 4.38" pulley (8.5 psi pulley)
Standard intercooler
Standard Surge valve
Set up 100% by ProCharger install manual
FRPP 52# injectors
Black out kit

Not sure how gearing affects the output. But the General rule of thumb for drivetrain loss is

Manual 15% loss
Auto 20% loss

This would seem to support this to some degree.

This does assume that both engines were equally capable and healthy from the factory assembly process.

4% not bad considering torque converter only has efficiency of 90%.

It would interest me to see this graph if the auto equipped car had say a Circle D torque converter thrown into the mix.
I would not expect to see more HP, but maybe the autp graph would tighten up closer to the manual.

What say the experts?

The tighten up part is mostly gearing.
It won't become narrow maybe the whole graph just shifts to the left.

The graph is a bit misleading because the horizontal axis is speed not rpm.

Autos are more durable in these cars, right?

Seems like 5th. Usually they use the gear close to 1:1 ratio.
The auto could've done in 4th I guess. The longer pull probably resulted higher IAT as well.

Though you were supposed to dyno 6 speed manual MT82 cars in 5th for the most 1 to 1?

I know the Auto was in 4th. I thought the manual was too. But maybe it was 5th. I know it was run to 7400 to 7500 rpm on both cars.

The RPM pick up was not solid in the Auto car, so had to post HP vs Speed.
