Did anyone find a way to change the dual active exhaust tips to black? Either chrome or flat? I don't want to drop $2K on an aftermarket. The stock with h-pipe is a perfect setup, for me at least. I saw a thread or two but no final conclusions or happy endings.

I don't know the exact measurements of the inlet for 2018+ mustang exhaust, but basically once you know that, just search "quad tip 4in exhaust tip black" on ebay or something like that and you'll find many options.

If you're trying to use the stock tips, probably just take some high temp paint to it.

You can just plastidip them, it will hold up to the heat

And if it doesn't, just spray them again for $5. The one can would probably last using about 4 times or more if just the tips.

Or if the rest is okay, just cut off the tips/muffler entirely to get powder coated maybe.

Yeah I have the standard exhaust with the ugly plain metal tips. Plastidipped them as soon as I bought the car and they look great. Of course my Steeda axleback will be going on tomorrow and I'm going to leave those polished, since I like a nice polished exhaust look contrasted against the dark paint

I didn't know plastidip would hold up on the tips. My emblems are all dipped and 2 years later still good! Dipping my tips next month!

With all due respect, I have a strict no-no policy on Plastidip. Only high quality parts. I'll probably have to get some custom work done since there is no direct fit parts. Thanks.

Did these fit? Any pictures?
Still not received them.
I just called AM and they said they won’t ship till 4/6 ...even though it said “ in stock” when I ordered as it does today .
Another reason I hardly ever order from them these days .

I will wait and see but don’t see any other options right now anyway .
