I notice a huge difference in throttle response when i switch from normal to track. When i get a tune, will my driving modes( normal sport track) still work or change? Another question do i have to come to a complete stop to switch from normal to track? thanks

The will still function the same, as far a the difference in throttle respomse just a tuned version , they are integrated somehow, at least my livernois is. And no you dont have to completely stop to change modes.

pretty sure it just changes the throttle tables to be more aggressive/peppy. I would figure it has nothing to do with the tune.

My car lets me switch on the fly, no need to come to a stop.

But if it changes the throttle tables from stock, wouldnt they have changed because of the tune?

Yes u are correct, part of the tune is making the throttle blade open faster, which is tied into the modes. This is why the throttle responce feels so much better with a tune. The modes still work though.

I couldn't get the advanced traction control to turn off in track mode but I was able to turn off the advanced traction in sport mode. Is that the only difference between track mode and sport mode is that one has traction control off while the other has traction control on?

Is there a difference in putting it in sport+ then turning off traction vs putting it in track mode? I wish there a more in depth explanation, or maybe there is, of the drive modes regarding traction control and advancetrac.
