Does tuning delete driving modes?

Does using a handheld tuner "turn off" the driving modes? For example if I download a bama tune and then put the car in sport or track mode will it just do nothing? Or will it mess up the loaded bama tune? Will I still need to put it in sport or track mode with the bama tune to get the most performance?

No, the driving modes go off tables in the tune. In fact, with a tune you could even adjust them!
