Will a tune render the driving modes useless?

Like the title says.. Will a tune render the driving modes useless? In other words will the driving modes still work as they currently do after a tune is installed on the car?

I enjoy firing up the car and then switching to Track mode.. I hear the exhaust tone change, the Trac/Stab Control disables, and the steering changes to Sport mode (if not already by default). I don't want those switches becoming useless because of a tune and I'm hoping the tuners take them into consideration.

Damnit, and I even looked too! Thanks for the link. Would still like the tuners to jump in and provide some clarity..
