Driver window stuck

Hi all need some help on a 2016 mustang gt. There's power in everything in the driver door except the window and mirror switch. The passenger side works fine only from that side, but the driver switch doesn't open either window nor adjust the mirror. Also we got the windows down by holding the unlock button but now we can't get the driver side to go back up. Any tips?
