Driver Side Master window Switch

Hello y'all,
I have a 2015 Mustang GT premium and my driverside window is not functioning at all. The passenger side is working with no issues. I checked the fuse on the passenger side bottom and in the hood fuse box and both fuses was good. I took it apart and cleaned the connectors with dielectric grease and reconnected and still did not work. The only solution I have is to order a new master switch on the driver side. If anyone had this issue and corrected it please let me know how and if you ordered a new switch where did you order from.

My situation may not apply or it may help you. My 2016 Ford Explorer Sport's front passenger window became intermittent down from the driver's side control. This occurred sometime after I purchased it new. Never took it to the dealer since intermittent faults are hard to diagnose and repair. I lived with it for a couple of years. One day after that window failed to go down, I held down the driver's control for that faulty window to the first detent for a few seconds and the window went down. I don't recall if I then went to the second detent. I would do the first detent thing whenever the window failed to go down and each time it worked. It's hard to believe but the window has operated flawlessly for a couple of years now like it fixed itself. Good luck.

My situation may not apply or it may help you. My 2016 Ford Explorer Sport's front passenger window became intermittent down from the driver's side control. A functional switch conducts electricity and a non-functional switch does not. Check it. No need to guess. There could be multiple electric modules, wire harnesses, fuses, connectors, relays, CAN communication busses, limit switches, electronic motor involved with the window operation and the switch is probably only part of the operation. Troubleshoot it with a wiring diagram instead of guessing parts. If its not the switch the decision in your hands is which costs less, the wiring diagram or the initial diagnostic fee and follow on hourly rate at a dealer.

My 2015 switch did the same. Bought a new switch and issue fixed. Be cautious on your vehicle build date when ordering the replacement switch, Ford had a mid year design change on the plug style. There are two totally different styles of plugs used on 2015 models, mine is actually a 2014 build date. I believe the change occurred around 2nd quarter of 2015.
Being you have a 2015 you might want to consider ordering from your local dealer based off your VIN code to assure the correct switch is ordered. If you order online I’d suggest pulling your switch to verify plug style to match the online photos of the part that is if the online pictures are of the actual part and not just a representation for illustration only.
Yes I know how could a dumb switch be so complicated to order, but it is if build date isn’t factored in.
Also don’t get dielectric grease on the electrical pins and sockets, the grease is not conductive.
